Day 75-81

Months of working on the engine trying to get it to start, frustration and near quitting the EFI set up. Not counting this towards the build. Todd has the lead on this

Day 75  May 5  Set the cab on the chassis  with the help of Jason

Day 76 May 6  Secured the cab to the firewall and frame with rivets and screws. 1 hr 259 Total

Day 77  May 7  Page 310 – 327 Sub assembled the door latch. Used the templates for the doors to cut out for hinges and locks. Made cutouts for outside door handles. Assembled the inside of the door frames and painted them  3 hrs  262 total

Day 78  May 8   Engine fired up – a few more tweaks in the computer and it is good to go. Thanks to the crew ( Davey and Todd) for their work  4 hrs  266

Day 79 May 14  filled the radiator with electric pump. No leaks so far  1 hr   267 Total

Day 80  May 15  Door Frame final assembly installed in passenger door with door latch. 2 hrs  270 total

Day 81  May 16 Door Frame final Assembly in Driver Side door with door latch mechanism. Test fit Passenger door before trim and fitment. Page 330   2 hrs  272 total.
