Jan 16 Finally received my replacement intake and it to is damaged. Two of the eight hours or bent, the box wa

s badly damaged, not very well packaged. installed all of the fittings, thermostat and housing. Checked the fit on the fuel rails if they could be reversed putting the regulator in the back freeing space for the distributor – and looks to be doable. 2hrs
Day 68 Jan 18 Installed the injectors – took the fuel rails off and reversed location of the pressure regulator to allow more room for the distributor. Added the intake gaskets and installed the intake – of course the new intake bolts don’t fit the intake. Now to order some studs or Allen head bolts a little shorter. 2 hrs
Day 69 Jan 20 Installed the intake with the studs, went on real easy. Now the issue is two of the inside studs don’t have enough room for the washer or nut. Torqued down all of the other bolts. Going to try an allen head. 2 hrs
Day 70 Jan 24 Finished bolting the intake, connected the throttle cable, fabricated the upper radiator hose and connected the radiator overflow hose, routed the coil wires. Trying out some floor mats, bringing a little red to the interior. Tried the new door logo light projectors – had to turn the lens over – they were installed backwards 4 hrs
